  • Speciality latte: $6.75 for a 12oz sugar cookie latte — 7/10

  • Black coffee: $3.00 for a 12oz drip coffee — 5/10

  • Vibe: 8/10

  • Overall: 6.7/10

For the specialty latte, I ordered a 12oz sugar cookie latte with almond milk. I enjoyed it a lot — good, vanilla-y sugar cookie flavor. I do wish it had a bit more of that flavor, but at least it wasn’t overly sweet. The black coffee was fine but a bit bitter.

I love Summit’s mountain motif. The walls are adorned with topographic map wallpaper, and there’s a cute neon sign encouraging you to “find your summit.” It’s bright, modern, and inviting. I also love their patio outside – it was too cold for me to enjoy it this time, but I’d love to enjoy my coffee al fresco when it gets warmer.

Summit serves a limited food menu and pastries, plenty for a snack or a quick breakfast.

Parking is fine at this location, there’s a parking garage just around the corner with plenty of retail spaces for patrons of Summit and nearby businesses.

I think Summit Coffee would be a fine place to work remote – there’s plenty of seating and outlets to plug in a laptop.

Overall, I like the vibe and specialty latte at Summit. It’s clean, bright, and seems like a great place to catch up with a friend or get some work done.
