  • Specialty latte: $7.00 for a 12oz amaretti latte – 8/10

  • Black coffee: $2.50 for a 12oz drip dark roast – 7/10

  • Vibe: 10/10

  • Overall: 8.3/10

For the specialty latte, I ordered a 12oz amaretti latte (with almond milk). I learned amaretti are Italian cookies made with almond, and the latte reflected that. It was nutty and slightly sweet. It was the perfect temperature, but could have used a bit more foam — I enjoyed it a lot. The drip coffee was smooth, if not a bit acidic, and I enjoyed that as well.

The vibe here is perfect. The spacious interior is bright and open with tall ceilings and an abundance of natural light. It’s modern and adorned with hanging plants and murals that add lovely color and variety. Outside, there’s a spacious patio that looks to be shared with the other business at Station West. There are lots of seats to choose from, most of which have a skyline view!

Platform Coffee offers a full menu, with selections like smoked salmon cream cheese toast, salads, and sandwiches. They also have pastries to choose from, including scones and cinnamon rolls. There’s something for everyone.

There’s a whole parking lot plus parallel spots available to Platform patrons. You won’t have trouble finding a spot.

This is a great spot for working remote. Though it’s often busy (and I can see why), there are plenty of spaces to sit without feeling like you’re in the way, and the WiFi is fast.

Overall, the tasty drinks complement the fantastic ambiance at Platform. I would go again to get some work done, meet up with friends, and try some of their delicious-looking brunch items.
